Taiwanese people were educated by Nationalist government to appreciate National Palace Museum, as it is our national emblem, the antics and treasures within represent and prove that Taiwan is the authentic inheritor of Chinese culture after 1947 Chinese Civil War. However, the content and discourses within are separate from Taiwanese everyday life and its culture.

Motorcycling is one of the most popular traffic tools in Taiwan. I asked a bike rider to along the Nationalism Palace Museum for a day, and projected such image to a Chinese rice paper scroll. He rides around the National Palace Museum again and again, but never being able to enter the center of it, a similar situation as Taiwanese people.
